From day one, Dawn Technology was involved in the development of the easyEnergy website. A multidisciplinary team was immediately assembled to design the site, taking into account all aspects: technology, UX, reporting, visual design, and brand experience. Because easyEnergy’s customer service is fully digital, the company’s dedicated environment received extra attention. Customers can view usage and costs down to the hour. The portal is integrated with the company’s backend systems.
After launching the renewed site with an expanded portal, easyEnergy could shift focus to further growth.
