The primary objective was to strengthen social connectedness through a low-threshold digital environment that encourages participation and support. The platform needed to be intuitive, trustworthy and accessible to a wide audience, enabling visitors to contribute to the foundation’s mission with minimal effort. **Design & development**## From Demonstration Platform to Fully Operational Solution We developed the complete platform supporting nominations, donations, sponsorships and reporting functionality. The website was built using Umbraco, giving the Reis met je Hart team full control over content management and allowing them to independently update and maintain all pages. To maximise accessibility and user convenience, we also implemented social login integrations, enabling users to securely sign in using: - Facebook - Twitter - LinkedIn This streamlined onboarding process allows visitors to access the platform quickly and securely while reducing barriers to participation. **Conclusion**## An Accessible Platform Delivering Meaningful Impact Within a short timeframe, a fully responsive website was delivered and made available to the organisation.
