However, these scores often provide limited insight into how patients actually feel and function in their daily lives. The **Clinical COPD Questionnaire (CCQ)** offers a more comprehensive perspective by measuring symptoms, daily functioning and the mental impact of the condition. Boehringer Ingelheim was looking for a digital solution that could collect these insights in a structured and accessible way. The goal was to help patients better understand their own health while enabling healthcare professionals to intervene earlier and provide more targeted support when necessary. **Design & development**## A User-Friendly Platform for Monitoring, Insights and Collaboration We developed Mijn Luchtpunt, a self-management platform that enables patients to easily complete the CCQ questionnaire and track their progress over time. A key feature of the platform is the ability for patients to directly invite healthcare professionals to access and review their results. Through a clear dashboard, both patients and care providers can monitor trends, identify changes and recognise potential risk signals. This shared insight helps create more meaningful conversations and supports better-informed treatment decisions. ### My Medication Module To further support self-management, we expanded the platform with My Medication, a dedicated module that allows patients to: - Select their inhalation medication - Configure medication schedules - Receive optional reminders These features help improve medication adherence while making treatment management simpler and more accessible.
