# My Beaureale: Secure Investment Platform with Real-Time Insights

Beaureale Investments wanted to provide its investors with greater convenience and transparency when managing real estate investments. Dawn Technology developed My Beaureale: a secure digital platform that enables investors to purchase, sign and manage their participations entirely online, with real-time access to their portfolio information.

**Discovery**## From Paper-Based Processes to Digital Convenience

Beaureale recognised that traditional paper-based investment processes no longer matched the expectations of modern investors. Clients wanted the ability to manage their information and complete investments independently, without the burden of complex administrative procedures.

Investment Manager Gijs van de Velde was looking for a trusted technology partner that could not only meet the strict requirements of financial regulations and compliance but also move quickly and efficiently.

Dawn Technology was selected because of our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, transparent communication style and local presence in Vlissingen.

**Design & development**## Secure, Intelligent and Rapidly Delivered

Together with Beaureale, we designed an intuitive self-service portal built on the Symfony PHP framework.

The platform was developed using an agile Scrum methodology, with short development sprints that ensured transparency, flexibility and speed. The complete solution was successfully launched within just twenty weeks.

To maximise performance and user experience, asynchronous processing was implemented using Symfony Messenger. As a result, users never have to wait for background transactions to complete, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience at all times.

With My Beaureale, Beaureale now has a future-proof digital platform that supports investors throughout the entire customer journey, from onboarding and identity verification to portfolio management and return reporting.

Between 75% and 80% of users, most of whom are aged 60 and older, rate the platform experience very positively. Users consistently describe the platform as fast, clear and trustworthy.

The collaboration resulted in more than a powerful software solution. It also created a strong and lasting partnership built on trust and shared ambitions.
