# One Platform for Holidays, Investments and Development Dormio develops, rents and manages luxury holiday resorts and hotels across Europe and Bonaire. Dawn Technology built a single integrated web platform that brings all Dormio brands together in one recognisable and user-friendly digital environment. - Lifestyle - CMS **Discovery**## The Need for One Flexible Platform Across Multiple Brands [Dormio](https://www.dormio.nl) wanted a digital platform that could unite its different business units (Dormio Holidays, Dormio Investmentsand Dormio Leisure Development) while preserving the unique identity of each brand. The primary objective was to create a scalable platform that would seamlessly integrate with the reservation system while allowing each resort and business unit to maintain its own distinctive look and feel. The challenge was to balance consistency across the Dormio brand portfolio with the flexibility required to address different audiences and customer journeys. **Design & development**## One Website, Multiple Identities We developed the new website using a modular architecture built on [Umbraco](https://dawn.tech/en/specialism/net-and-umbraco). Each resort received its own visual identity, including unique logos, colour schemes and background imagery. This ensures that visitors immediately recognise the destination they are exploring while still benefiting from a consistent overall user experience. The platform also introduced thematic navigation based on visitor interests, including: - Winter sports - Water and lakes - Mountain destinations - Holiday parks in the Netherlands This approach helps visitors quickly discover destinations that match their preferences. A direct reservation feature was integrated with the booking system through a real-time connection, allowing guests to search availability and complete bookings seamlessly. In addition, the Investments and Leisure Development brands received their own tailored experiences within the platform, with content, navigation and visual elements specifically designed for their target audiences. **Conclusion**## More Traffic, Higher Conversion and One Consistent Brand Experience The integrated website delivers strong visitor numbers, excellent conversion performance and efficient content management through Umbraco.
