Vitens is the largest drinking water company in the Netherlands. Every day, the company provides nearly six million customers with tap water that meets the highest quality standards. We developed software that enables Vitens to analyze and report lab results efficiently and accurately.
Vitens operates its own laboratory to ensure the continuous quality of its drinking water. For this lab, Vitens needed a software system capable of quickly and reliably analyzing and reporting measurement results.
Each year, Vitens supplies around 33 million cubic meters of drinking water, which is continuously monitored through extensive measurement systems. The new software had to process millions of data points annually while ensuring both data integrity and process quality.
We developed software that not only analyzes various lab results but also verifies whether each process still complies with relevant quality standards. Additionally, the reporting system was designed to meet the strictest regulatory requirements, including full traceability of data and decision-making.
The software system we developed enables Vitens to quickly and reliably analyze various measurement data and make even more informed decisions based on clear reports.
