Mastery is one of our core values. We believe craftsmanship should not only be applied in projects, but also made visible. Knowledge should not be kept to yourself, but shared. From that belief, we have been organizing our own conferences for over 20 years.

What started as a small initiative in 2007 has grown into an international event with more than 1,200 visitors from the Netherlands and abroad. Developers, architects, and tech leaders come together to learn, discuss, and advance our craft.

And we do this every year again, with energy, dedication, and a strong focus on substance.

Dawn Conferences is the collective name for the four conferences we organize: Appdevcon, Dutch PHP Conference, Webdevcon, and in 2026 for the first time, the Dutch AI Conference.

We organize conferences because technology must continue to mature. We believe knowledge sharing is the way to achieve that. Every year we carefully curate a program with speakers who are deeply involved in real-world practice. These are conferences by developers, for developers. No superficial talks, but in-depth sessions, interactive discussions, and hands-on workshops where you immediately start building and learning.

Our stages are an extension of our work: critical, meticulous, and focused on quality.
