From Student Worker to Business Consultant

Willem started at Dawn Technology as a student worker while pursuing his Master’s in Statistical Science and Data Science at Leiden University. What began as a part-time job grew into a permanent position within the organization. He now works as a Business Consultant, helping organizations tackle complex digital challenges.

In the podcast, Willem speaks candidly about his growth at Dawn Technology, the freedom and responsibility he was given, and why the organization feels personal and approachable despite having major clients.

With nearly 250 colleagues spread across seven cities, we at Dawn Technology combine the impact of a large organization with the atmosphere of a close-knit team. No cumbersome structure—just short lines of communication, plenty of collaboration, and room to grow.
