**Discovery**## The Need for Scalable IT and Greater Control

After years of growth, [SVn](https://www.svn.nl)'s existing loan management system was reaching its limits. The organisation wanted to take greater ownership of its IT landscape and transition to a modern, scalable cloud environment capable of evolving alongside its services and continued expansion.

The objective was clear: create a future-proof digital foundation that would improve flexibility, support innovation and provide greater control over critical business processes.

**Design & development**## New Website, Digital Application Journeys and Customer Portals

In collaboration with Bikkelhart, we developed a new website, digital application journeys and self-service portals for both consumers and government organisations.

The project focused on three key principles:
