For over ten years, we’ve been responsible for the development, hosting, and application management of Pathé’s e-commerce platform. Over the years, we’ve expanded online ticketing functionality enabling users to buy, view, share, and cancel tickets effortlessly, and receive personalized discounts.
For Pathé’s employees, we developed a web application with customer service features, allowing staff to quickly assist visitors. As a long-term partner, we also built the apps for the Pathé Thuis streaming service, Xbox One, and Apple TV. In addition, we manage the complete backend platform that powers Pathé Thuis.

Mediahuis produces large volumes of video news every day. But without rich metadata, reuse remained limited. Together with Mediahuis, Dawn Technology developed Media Miner: an AI solution that, in a production-ready pilot, demonstrates how more than 400,000 videos can be automatically enriched and made instantly discoverable within the existing workflow.
The coronavirus pandemic was the first pandemic where IT played a crucial role in fighting the virus. The Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport developed several apps that played a key role in policy to prevent the spread. To achieve this, the ministry relied on expertise both within and outside the government, including ours.
