Patients with rheumatism or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) often find it difficult to provide a complete picture of their disease progression during a brief consultation. Pfizer sought a way to structure and digitize this information-sharing process. The challenge was to create a user-friendly on-site system that would allow patients to independently complete validated medical questionnaires prior to their appointment.

Dawn Technology developed the software powering the physical kiosks in hospitals. The program translates complex scientific questionnaires into an accessible interface available in multiple languages.
